GG Hobby ("we," "us") operates gghobbycard.com, our retail shop in Aventura, FL, and our by-appointment buying warehouse in North Miami, FL. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

Store purchases: name, contact, shipping and payment details are processed by Shopify (our store platform) and its payment providers. We do not store your card numbers.
Sell appointments: when you book a sell appointment we collect your name, phone number, email, the date/time you choose, a description of the items you plan to bring, your IP address, and a record of the consent you gave (the wording, time, and IP).
VIP list: your email address, if you join.

How we use it

To schedule, confirm, remind you about, and manage your sell appointment.
To contact you by email and text message (SMS) about your appointment — confirmation, reminders, and changes. You agree to this when you check the consent box while booking; message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out of texts or reply to any email to reach us. Opting out may mean we can't confirm your appointment.
To operate the store, fulfill orders, and (only if you joined the VIP list) send occasional updates. We do not send marketing texts.

Who processes it for us

We use a small number of service providers to run the site: Shopify (store and checkout), Cloudflare (site infrastructure and our booking system, hosted in the United States), Resend (sending our emails), Twilio (sending text messages), and optionally Google Calendar (our internal scheduling mirror). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS) data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text-message services, strictly as needed to deliver our messages.

How long we keep it

Appointment records are kept in our booking system for about 90 days, after which they are automatically removed. Consent records and business records (e.g., purchase records) may be kept longer in our internal systems where required for legal or accounting purposes.

Your choices

Email gghobbycard@gmail.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion (we may need to keep records the law requires). Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.

Children

Our site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
