Welcome to GG Hobby. By using gghobbycard.com, buying from us, or booking a sell appointment, you agree to these terms.
1. Store purchases. Online orders are processed through Shopify checkout. Purchases made during live streams are final sale — see our Refund Policy. Product images are representative; sealed-product contents are randomized by the manufacturer, and we make no guarantee about the value of cards inside sealed product.
2. Sell appointments. Selling to us is by appointment only at our North Miami warehouse. Booking a slot reserves that time for you. Any figure shown by our online estimator is an estimate only — final offers are made in person after inspection, at up to 85% of market price for sealed Pokémon and up to 80% for One Piece, at our sole discretion. We only accept factory-sealed, pristine product; we do not accept booster boxes, blisters, loose packs, Halloween/trick-or-treat products, Prismatic Evolutions booster bundles, slabs, raw/loose cards, or damaged items. We may decline any item or end any appointment at our discretion. Please arrive on time; slots may be released if you are significantly late. Cancel or reschedule by replying to your confirmation email.
3. Appointment communications & SMS terms. When you book, you consent to receive email and SMS messages about your appointment (confirmation, reminders, changes); if you join the buy-list waitlist, you consent to one text letting you know when buying reopens. Message frequency varies (typically 1–3 messages per appointment). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts — note we may then be unable to confirm your appointment by text. Reply HELP or email for assistance. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Streams and third-party platforms. Purchases made on TikTok, eBay Live, Whatnot, or other platforms are also subject to those platforms' terms and buyer protections.
5. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the site — no false bookings, scraping, or interference with the booking system. We may cancel bookings we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive.
6. Disclaimers & liability. The site and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, GG Hobby is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the transaction at issue.
7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue for any dispute is Miami-Dade County, Florida.
