Processing. Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Items purchased on live streams may be consolidated and ship on our next shipping day.
Carriers & tracking. We ship via USPS or UPS. Every order receives a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. With 56,000+ orders shipped, we know how to pack cards — sealed product ships boxed and protected, and higher-value items ship with additional protection.
Rates. Calculated at checkout by weight and destination.
Where we ship. United States only (all 50 states). We do not ship internationally at this time.
Address errors. Please double-check your address at checkout — we ship to the address provided. If a package returns to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (reshipping costs may apply).
