Refund policy

GG Hobby — Return & Refund Policy (Last updated: July 6, 2026)

Live stream purchases (TikTok, eBay Live, Whatnot, breaks, personals, the Wheel). All purchases made during live streams are final sale. Breaks and rips are opened live on camera at the time of purchase, so items cannot be returned or exchanged once the stream event has run. What you see pulled live is what ships.

Sealed product. Sealed trading card products are final sale once shipped. Manufacturer contents are randomized — we cannot guarantee, and do not accept returns based on, the value of cards inside sealed product. Sealed items returned opened, or with damaged/tampered seals, cannot be accepted under any circumstance.

Damaged, lost, or incorrect orders — we make it right. Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you in the condition promised:

  • Arrived damaged? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
  • Wrong item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll correct it at no cost to you.
  • Lost in transit? If tracking shows your order never arrived, contact us and we'll open a carrier claim and make sure you're taken care of.

How to reach us. Email gghobbycard@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing time then depends on your bank or platform.

Chargebacks. Please contact us first — we resolve issues faster than a dispute process, and we keep stream recordings and shipping documentation for every order.
